Why Windows?

Why Not!?

I don't want to deal with an operating system. I don't want to THINK about an operating system. I want to choose application that perform the tasks that I need to do and run them. The operating system is secondary to that consideration. It's just the platform that allows me to run the applications I need to do the work I do. Windows on the desktop is that operating system at the moment.
